According to the WHOIS database, the domain islandfour.com expired Dec 03 2001, so it looks as though they've realized that their company wasn't gonna last for a while, and the domain is up for grabs as of March 03 (2 days from now).
So, who wants to buy i4.com and turn it into a porn site? You'll get lots of fanboys to visit it. ;)
