The entire Subnova network will be down pending an IP Address changeover for all our servers hosted at Subnova Core.
This will affect all Subnova hosted websites, email, the IM network, and all but one of the IRC Network servers.
We are changing IPs due to finally upgrading our upstream connection to fiber-optic cable!
We're going to have significantly more upstream bandwidth available. Starting off, we're going to have 3Mbps/3Mbps. Depending on revenues from hosting sources, we can upgrade to 8Mbps/8Mbps.
Once I have a firm date as to the changeover, I'll post again.
Right now, they're running the backbone cable past Subnova Core. My estimated time to installation is about 2 to 3 weeks from now.

Hey now, this is some great news! Right on 3
Are we there yet? Are we there YET? 3, 3! Khalek is hitting me...
Apparently, we're getting a redundant loop installed first. So the final install has been delayed until they feel like finishing it. :/
Heh, typical. TTT we say in the army, things take time.
